far better than previous model

the last model the tips fell out in the snow as weren't magnetized either in the tool bit holder or the tip for holding the bit when using the tool, but this one has a tight rubber holder for tips with a spare slot for extra size tip ( i used as went to a hex head set of binding screws ) and the tip has tight fit so the bits don't continually fall out!
