I like it. Pretty tight fit, but very stretchy material so no problem for different sizes (I usually wear size L)
Wish the Pink Mystic option was available, but it's only for kids. The only minus I can see is that the inside part of the hat is not the same color fabric and if you want to fold the bottom part up to make it shorter (in my case I could stretch it to cover below my eyes :)) it will look weird. And it's not advertised as reversible item.

A bit tight on the ears but otherwise comfortable. Be nice to have it in a more cotton blend.
Would recommend for chemo patients.
