Color pictured is not what you will receive

I was expecting a heather gray hat, as that is what is shown in the picture. (I mean, what does "cinder" really mean, color-wise, anyway?) The hat I received is more of a brown. The color is actually quite hard to describe. It is a brown-gray, if that makes any sense. I don't know the name for the color, but it is certainly not heather gray. Maybe my computer's resolution is a bit off, I don't know, but I was definitely disappointed about the color.
Otherwise, hat is fine - fits well, is soft and warm.
