Quality is pretty good and heavy duty zippers

I go through 1 walmart backpack every year. Zippers on the walmart ones sucks and fails all the time. The quality of this one is a lot better than any at walmart. There's a lot of straps on this bag that can be easily hidden by the built in pockets. This one looks like it will last me at least 2 years.

high sierra seeker

The seeker is a very well made pack constructed of sturdy materials and particularly heavy zippers. I especially like its ability to easily handle a 2.5 to 3 liter hydration bladder complete with an insulated shoulder strap configuration to protect the drinking tube from freezing. The pack is a little heavy, but justifiably so given its internal frame, heavier materials, sturdy waist belt, boot and helmet carriers. I would say that with all of its features, it is probably overkill for in-bounds or easy side country skiing. But for those longer backcountry day outings in changing, unpredictable weather, I really like it. The interior is organized and set-up well for carrying shovel, probe, extra gear.
