The gloves didn't fit. When I tried to return them, they made me pay for the return postage. No other online company does that.

XL Size Runs Small

I have had three pairs of Grandoe gloves with the GCS liner, over the years, and have loved them. I use them for backcountry skiing. I have always bought XL, and they have always fit perfectly. Imagine my dismay when these arrived...and were so small I could not even get my hands into them! I checked the size, and both were marked XL. They are smaller than other gloves I've tried sized "L." Back they go.

great gloves

used these gloves at 10 degrees in heavy snowfall. my hands were always warm and dry. gloves are flexible and comfortable met all my expectations
